Age of Conan is a game for gamers． You need a gamers PC to run it, the controls are complicated and button-intensive, and gameplay is only intuitive to people who have played similar games before, there isn't even a tutorial yet．

I know many of you are concerned about what is happening to the Tradeskills/RnB (resource and building)． I am writing this to inform you more about what we are doing and what is happening to tradeskills soon．

This happened when we were re-arranging some of the potions for tradeskills． If you are an alchemist I'm sure you remember some of the potions would not do anything when created． These potions have been removed from the inventory and will make it back into the game at a later stage． Removing these had an unexpected effect and was unfortunately overlooked by us when patching out the latest patch．

There has been a lot of activity lately, both on these boards and in-game, due to the way Mounts are currently performing in Age of Conan． While there has been little-to-none official feedback on the subject so far, I am happy to finally be a part of this community and able to shed some light on what I perceive as the most pressing concerns．

Without going into complex and, quite possibly, boring details it's worth mentioning that we've tracked down the bug that caused this, and that it has been fixed internally．

Allow me to end this, my very first post on the official forums, by saying that I am thrilled to see the amount of feedback coming in already, and that I try to read through as much of it every day as my free time allows．

It's good of Funcom to be so transparent with their bug squashing process, but one wonders how this slipped through Quality Assurance in the first place, particularly with how culturally inflammatory this particular glitch could be.

No worries though as Community Manager Glen "Famine" Swan released a formal apology to the players and said that Funcom will be giving out one free day to every player with an active account!

There is still a long way to go to catch up to the leader, World of Warcraft, at better than 10 million subscribers, but with many players in-game chatting about this up-and-coming contender, it may not be long before the contender deals some devastating blows to the champ.

It isn't all that surprising, with EA announcing last week that the Creature Creator's popularity spawned over a million Spore creatures within the first week of the feature's availability.
